Can I return or exchange shoes or handbags?
All returns of shoes and handbags are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, we cannot accept returns on any worn or dyed items. To avoid soiling your shoes, please use socks or nylons while testing for fit. Also, we recommend that you try them on a carpeted floor to minimize scuffing the sole.
If an exchange is required, simply place a new order online. UPS ground shipping will, as always, be free of charge. Your credit card will be charged for the new merchandise and credited upon receipt of returned merchandise. Our products are 100% guaranteed for quality and workmanship. In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged merchandise please call our customer service department 888.763.6300 and we will send a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
Return Steps
- An invoice/return form will be included in your package.
- Remove self-addressed label and place on outside of original shipping carton.
- Complete the return form and place inside package along with items being returned.
- We recommend returning your items via UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.
- When we receive your return, we will credit you the full amount of the merchandise. Return shipping cost is non-refundable.
