How much are shipping charges?

STANDARD SHIPPING
 We offer FREE UPS ground shipping on all orders within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  All orders for in-stock merchandise placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day (holidays excluded). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends will ship the following business day. Note: Orders for dyed items require additional processing time please see our dye service information page dye information page for details.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and PO Boxes will be shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please note, you will receive ship-date email confirmation but will not receive tracking information. You should receive your order within 3-4 days after shipping.

Upon request we can expedite shipping for an additional fee.

UPS 2 Day Air: (second business day)
$25.00 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item.

UPS Next Day Air: (next business day - pm)
$35.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional item.

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and PO Boxes.

 

What if an item is out of stock?

If the item/size you want is not in stock you will not be able to select it for purchase. For stock/backorder information customers are encouraged to contact customer service by clicking on the “ask a question button.”

 

Will my credit card & personal information be safe?

Coloriffics.com takes its commitment to protect our users' information seriously. When users submit sensitive information via the coloriffics.com website, the information is protected both online and offline. When our registration and order forms request users to enter sensitive information (credit card numbers), the information is encrypted and is protected. Any page of our site that requests this information will display a lock icon on the bottom of our users' browsers (Netscape and Internet Explorer). We are the manufacturer of Coloriffics shoes and do not have a retail location. You may order directly with us online or visit one of your local authorized Coloriffics retailers/etailers which can be found by clicking on the retail locator button above.

QUESTIONS REGARDING SHOES & HANDBAGS:

 

Can I return or exchange shoes or handbags?

All returns of shoes and handbags are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on any worn or dyed items. To avoid soiling your shoes, please use socks or nylons while testing for fit. Also, we recommend that you try them on a carpeted floor to minimize scuffing the sole.
If an exchange is required, simply place a new order online. UPS ground shipping will, as always, be free of charge. Your credit card will be charged for the new merchandise and credited upon receipt of returned merchandise. Our products are 100% guaranteed for quality and workmanship. In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged merchandise please call our customer service department at 888.763.6300 and we will send a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
Return Steps

  • An invoice/return form will be included in your package.
  • Remove self-addressed label and place on outside of original shipping carton.
  • Complete the return form and place inside package along with items being returned.
  • We recommend returning your items via UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.
  • When we receive your return, you will receive an email and we will credit you the full amount of the merchandise. Return shipping cost is non refundable.
 

What shoe size should I order?

Coloriffics shoes fit true-to-size so in most cases it is your usual shoe size that will fit best and be most comfortable for you. If you are between sizes, keep in mind that feet swell throughout the day (or after dancing) so we would recommend going to the larger size. (i.e., if you could wear an 8 or 8 1/2 - order 8 1/2). As an added service to our customers, we have fit tested all of our shoes. The website will automatically provide a "fit tip and/or special features" for additional information.

Although we do not ship outside of the U.S. we have included an international shoe size chart below. We have also included a conversion chart for our Flower Girls Shoes from inches to shoe size.

How do I measure a child’s foot?  

  • While seated, place his/her foot on a piece of paper
  • With a pencil, trace around their foot. Hold the pencil as straight up-and-down as possible while measuring and be sure that your pencil remains in constant contact with their foot during this process.
  • To find his/her foot length, measure the distance between the two points on your tracing. Reduce this number by 5 mm, or 1/5-inch. The result is your foot length and the number you will use to determine the shoe size.

How is heel height measured on Coloriffics shoes?

Coloriffics measures the height from the highest part of the heel. Note: It is very important to have your shoes for the first dress fitting to ensure proper hem length. Shoe manufacturers measure the heel heights differently so we don't suggest using a different shoe with the same heel height for your fitting.

Heel Measure

Note: A little known fact regarding heel height is that the height of the heel will change depending upon the size. The heel height indicated is that of a size 6 however, as the shoe size gets larger, there is a slight increase in heel height to accommodate the change. The difference in height between a 6 and an 11 can be as much as 1/4". So, once again, it is important to have your shoes for your fitting.

 

How long will it take to receive my shoes or handbags?

We strive to keep most shoes in stock! Shoes and handbags will ship directly from our warehouse in Woburn, Massachusetts within 1 business day of order placement. In-transit time varies according to your location, so please click the link below to view approximate delivery times. During prom and bridal season, popular styles sell out quickly and may be back ordered for an extended period of time. Therefore, we recommend you order your shoes as early as possible.

How do I get my shoes/handbags dyed?

We do offer our Color-Rite professional shoe dyeing service online. Once you add a dyeable item to your shopping bag you will be prompted to order it dyed or not dyed. For more details on our shoe dyeing visit our dye information page.

Many of our authorized retailers offer our Color-Rite Service or have the ability to dye your shoes in their stores. You may also be able to locate a shoe repair shop in your area that dyes shoes. To avoid any surprises, we suggest that you ask to approve a sample swatch of the color they will be dyeing. We do offer a do-it-yourself dye kit for dyeing your shoes ivory or black. It's easy and cost effective at only $15.00 per kit.

TIPS FOR HAVING SHOES DYED:

Brides... Even if your wedding dress is white, you may need to have your shoes toned down with a product called "Bridal White". Bridal Whites vary from white to a light ivory, and are especially designed to coordinate with bridal dresses. We do offer a do-it-yourself dye kit that is easy to use. Bridesmaids/Special Occasion... It is important to select a shoe fabric that is similar to the dress material. Shoes should all be dyed by the same professional shoe dyer from the same batch of dye. Due to differences in color perception, it is very rare to have a "perfect match"; however, you can expect a color that blends well with your dress.

Lighting... When dyed, the color of your shoes will vary from indoor to outdoor lighting. Our Color-rite Quick-Dye Service dyes shoes to match indoor lighting. To have your shoes dyed to match outdoor lighting you would need to have them dyed locally and specify that you need them for outdoors use.

Color Protection... Dyed color will spot and streak if subjected to moisture. On rainy days, we recommend that dyed shoes be worn indoors only. Shoes may be treated with a protective spray, which will help prevent some water spotting. Once treated with this spray the shoes cannot be re-dyed. Our Color-Rite department will treat your dyed items with a protectant spray at no additional charge. Please request, "water repel" in special instructions when placing your order for dyed items.

Re-dyeing Shoes... Can I redye previously dyed bridesmaid shoes? After your function, shoes may be dyed over in black. It is not possible to redye in a lighter shade. As mentioned above, we have a do-it-yourself black shoe dyeing kit. Click here for more information on shoe dyeing kits.
